Toino Abel ships to most destinations worldwide, offering free domestic shipping and hassle-free international rates. Unless specified as "made to order," items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Castanheira, Alcobaça, Portugal. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a trackable shipping number and courier details. We recommend providing your work address and mobile phone number to ensure timely delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Feel free to include additional details in the buyer's note, like a deadline for a birthday gift.
All our DHL Express shipments are part of the GoGreen Climate Neutral program, which supports the transition to more sustainable and lower-carbon logistics.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over 300€.
Duties, Customs, and Taxes
European Union, UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore: Duties, customs, and taxes are included, so there are no extra charges upon delivery.
Rest of Europe and the World: Local import taxes and duties may apply. These charges are beyond our control and the responsibility of the recipient.
Insurance
Toino Abel covers your purchase during the transit period. All orders need a signature. If you choose someone else to receive your order, you accept their signature as proof of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your bag, you may return it within 30 days. All returned bags must be in perfect condition, including all pieces, original packaging, and the invoice. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the bag was received defectively. Returns will not be accepted for bags showing signs of use. Upon receipt and verification of the returned bag, the purchase value (including shipping costs) will be returned to you promptly, typically within one week.
For international returns, it is critical to specify "RETURN" on the packaging and include a copy of your invoice outside the package, along with Toino Abel’s Return Address guide. Be aware that we cannot process your refund if your return is held up in customs or if any additional taxes or duties are incurred.
Toino Abel does not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange your item for another, please return it and place a new order.
