Toino Abel ships to most destinations worldwide, offering free domestic shipping and hassle-free international rates. Unless specified as "made to order," items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Castanheira, Alcobaça, Portugal. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a trackable shipping number and courier details. We recommend providing your work address and mobile phone number to ensure timely delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Feel free to include additional details in the buyer's note, like a deadline for a birthday gift.

All our DHL Express shipments are part of the GoGreen Climate Neutral program, which supports the transition to more sustainable and lower-carbon logistics.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over 300€.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

• European Union, UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore: Duties, customs, and taxes are included, so there are no extra charges upon delivery.

• Rest of Europe and the World: Local import taxes and duties may apply. These charges are beyond our control and the responsibility of the recipient.

Insurance

Toino Abel covers your purchase during the transit period. All orders need a signature. If you choose someone else to receive your order, you accept their signature as proof of delivery.
